These are some of the words that have been used to describe the musicians in this “one of a kind” group assembled by renaissance saxophonist Bill Evans (Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Soulgrass). Bill has a successful solo career that has continued to evolve for over 35 years. As reviewed by one critic: “his bands are always exciting and on the cutting edge yet still have something people can grab on too and feel.” With 27 solo cds to date, 2 Grammy nods, Bill has been a festival headliner for decades. 

Special guest drummer Dave Weckl was inducted into the Modern Drummer magazine Hall of Fame and named him one of the 25 best drummers of all time. He made a name for himself with the Chick Corea Elektric and Akoustic bands and has produced 9 solo recordings and played on hundreds more. He is one of the most influential Drummers to come along in decades. Dave and Bill have a long history of playing and recording music together that goes back more than 25 years.

Steve Weingart is a first-call keyboardist on the L.A. music scene. He has performed with Chaka Kahn, Stanley Clarke, Victor Wooten, David Sanborn, and Steve Lukather (Toto) as well as performing and recording with Dave Weckl and Simon Phillips. Says Bill: “Steve is an amazing musician. His excitement on stage is truly a gift. I love playing with Steve!” 

Jimmy Earl is a bass legend among his peers and a rare treat for European audiences. This is his First tour of Europe in over 20 years! Says Dave Weckl: “Jimmy is one of the most progressive and exciting bass players in the world!” Jimmy has toured with the likes of Stanley Clarke, Joe Sample, The Crusaders as well as the Chick Corea Elektric Band, plus multiple tours and albums with Robben Ford. Bills’ latest recording  “Who I Am”  was released last summer 2024. Bill plans on a  follow up live CD to be released early summer 2025, called “Who I Am Live.” Bill has amassed a worldwide audience of listeners that continues to grow.
