Born Mario Glendon Greaves on January 21, Iba MaHr hails from Linstead, Jamaica, where he was raised by his parents, Glendon Greaves and Roselin 'Mama Rosie' Embden.
His musical journey began at a young age, fueled by a deep passion for music. In 2010, he made his mark with the release of his debut single, "Had It and Lost It," produced by reggae legend Max Romeo. This was followed by "Rather Be Alone" later that year. In 2014, he unveiled his inaugural album/EP titled "Great is H.I.M."
Iba MaHr has garnered recognition from a range of esteemed record labels, including Marley's Tuff Gong/Ghetto Youths, VP Records/VPAL, and Tad's Record Inc.
