The quintet MannGold (2 drums, bass en 2 guitars) consists of musicians who play or played with Arno, Trixie Whitley, Fifty Foot Combo, Motek, Vive la Fête, Dead man Ray, Kowlier,... . MannGold being a raw energetic ensemble with two drummers, combining elements from Kraut, Psychedelia, Repetitive Minimalism, Noise, Impro and MC5. Etc etc... .

Sometimes they play with two extra horn sections, making this 13 piece big band. Then they call themselves MANNGOLD de COBRE. The horn's leader is Peter Vermeersch, who you might know from the impressive Flath Earth Society. And composer for Wim Vandekeybus, Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker,… . And producer (dEUS, Madensuyu,...). Etc etc... .

And they made an album !
